Stephan Bajaio joined Conductor in March of 2008. During his tenure, he has built three teams within the organization the most recent being Conductor’s Professional Services team.
As VP of Professional Services at Conductor, Bajaio devises and executes services and strategies his team provides to clients to guide them through: site migrations/relaunches, technical audits, account configurations and a myriad of potential SEO issues and opportunities.

Bajaio has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the KOGOD school at American University in Washington D.C. He currently resides in Stamford Connecticut. He is Google Analytics Certified, fluent in French, and an active leader in the Greater New York City SEO Community.

Chrisoula Kapelonis is a designer, architect, and strategist. She is currently a designer at Google, where she is crafting future home experiences on the Google Assistant team. Previously, she was a researcher at the MIT Media Lab, City Science Group where her work was focused on design research and responsive environments for home and work spaces. Chrisoula is formally trained as an architect, with a Masters in Architecture II from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor's in Architecture from the City College of New York. She was also formally at IDEO, Harvard's REAL Lab, Wise Systems and BKSK Architects. Her work lies at the intersection of architecture and spatial interaction design and is focused on reimagining the human-building interface.
Liz is the VP of Workplace Strategy at WeWork, where she focuses on bringing research insights into design—aligning space, culture and brand—while powering great workplace experiences. Prior to WeWork, Liz has worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies spanning tech, finance, media and creative sectors—helping sculpt visionary workplace strategies and change management programs. Liz received her Master of Architecture at MIT and was an Adjunct Professor at Parsons from 2008-2012. She is an expert facilitator and educator, frequently writing and speaking on design research and the future of work.
Stephanie Park is a senior lead strategist at WeWork, where she leads immersive research and strategies to create an ideal user experience, using her multidisciplinary background and expertise in design, psychology, and data science.
Stephanie earned her dual-degree in Architecture and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon, where she worked with faculty from both departments to explore ways that design decisions can be informed by cognitive psychology and neuroscience. After few years of applying the research strategies as a design strategist at Gensler, she earned her Master’s degree in Data Science at Columbia University to further pursue her passion in using data to develop strategies anchored in deep understanding of human behaviors and drivers.
Marcien Jenckes serves as President, Advertising for Comcast Cable. In this role, he is responsible for Comcast’s portfolio of advertising assets, positioning Comcast for continued success and even greater levels of growth as the advertising market adapts to new technology and business models.
Previously, Marcien oversaw Comcast Cable’s residential lines of business, which include Xfinity Video, Xfinity Internet, Xfinity Home, and Xfinity Voice, including the strategy, development, and deployment of innovative technologies and services across all categories to provide a great entertainment and communications experience for tens of millions of customers.
Prior to joining Comcast, Marcien was an entrepreneur, involved with a host of digital advertising and media syndication start-ups including Grab Networks and Voxant. He also held a variety of leadership roles at AOL Inc., where he launched AOL’s free web services, including the free AOL.com portal. Prior to AOL, Marcien worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company in their media and telecom practice.
Marcien holds a MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and a BA in economics and political science from New York University.
